Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the company's independent brand inkjet printers, laser machines, anti-counterfeiting and anti-counterfeiting software, visual inspection devices, and other products;

2. Responsible for on-site equipment debugging and problem follow-up for customers;

3. Able to cooperate with sales personnel to summarize and organize customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions.

4. Other related auxiliary work within the department.

 

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, machine automation or mechatronics integration;

More than 2.1 years of experience in equipment installation and maintenance, with an electrician certificate, and experience in laser related work will be given priority;

3. Possess good communication and expression skills, customer service awareness, and teamwork spirit;

4. Have good execution ability, sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand pressure;

5. Able to accept business trips.
